Why Stir Fry Is Perfect For Busy People
This stir fry recipe (in fact most stir fry recipes) are perfect for people with hectic schedules due to their simplicity and how quick they are.
Many of the ingredients can be bought at a store and you simply chuck them into the hot wok and sizzle away without any chopping etc.
Here’s my top tips to make stir fry meals even quicker:
#1 – Buy Diced Chicken – Whilst it can be slightly more expensive it’ll save you having to hack up a chicken breast and the need to wash the chopping board and knife afterwards.
#2 – Buy Stir Fry Vegetable Packets – Most stores sell pre-packaged vegetables designed to be ready-to-go so take advantage of them.
#3 – Adaptable for Higher and Lower Carb Days – Need some carbs in your stir fry? Chuck in some noodles which takes less than 5 minutes to prepare. If you’re going low carb lose the noodles and bump up the veg instead. This means you can cook in bulk and add carbs as needed.
Try this recipe tonight and you’ll soon be stir frying regularly as you realise you’re saving time and eating healthily.
