There are 12 different grip positions for different exercises and the handles are padded for comfort.
Installation is non-existant just hook it over the door frame and you’re good to go then put it in cupboard when your done.
This model fits doorways up to 32 inches wide which covers most houses so you’ll have no problems there.
There’s no information regarding maximum load but one reviewer who weighs 200lbs said there’s been no problem for him whatsoever.
For people buying a bar to do p90x, take note of a comment in one of the reviews which states that this bar is “nearly identical to the BeachBody bar used for p90x”
Overall possibly the cheapest bar on the market that’s actually half decent. A good option for a removeable pull up bar.
