About The Gym Hounslow
The Gym Hounslow recently opened and offers a friendly, well equipped workout facility in West London.
It’s one of a string of 24 hour gyms in England which offer fantastic value, excellent equipment and unparalleled convenience for busy people, shift workers or those who just prefer to workout when it’s quieter.
Opening Hours
Open everyday except Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day and when necessary to conduct maintenance work in order to satisfy Health and safety Requirements.
Open 24 hours every other day.
Staffed Hours
Mon – Fri: 08:00 – 20:00
Sat – Sun: 10:00 – 17:00
24 hour CCTV monitoring and direct links to the emergency services
Facilities
Showers, lockers (bring your own padlock or purchase from on-site vending machine), toilets, personal training

How Much Does it Cost?
Pay As You Go Gym Membership
The Gym allows you to pay for a single session which costs just £5.00. You can book this online by selecting the club and the date, pay by credit or debit card and you’re good to go.
You can even book an induction session if you want someone to show you around when you get there, it takes 30 minutes and it’s completely free (obviously this is only possible during staffed hours).
Student Discounts
Students can get a discount if they have a valid NUS extra card; this is limited to sites without a waiting list. Contact The Gym directly to enquire.
National Membership Just £16.99 Per Month
Rather than pay £5 per session, if you travel regularly it may be more economical to become a full member.
If you do the “All Gym” option allows you 24 hour access to all of the gyms sites (20 + and growing) for just £16.99 per month. Fantastic value!
Important Notes
You must have a gym towel with you at all times in order to wipe down equipment after use.
