I need some help. I have a vacation coming up in 2 weeks and my diet (weight watchers) hasn’t worked as well as I’d hoped.
I did lose some weight (about 6 pounds), just not as much as I’d hoped even though I stuck to the diet as described.
I need to lose another 10-15 pounds before I go. I’ve been looking forward to this vacation for so long and I don’t want to waste it or not enjoy it because I feel self concious in a bikini.
I need help and I need it fast! What’s the quickest way to lose fat you know of?

This is a question I get asked an awful amount and it’s a common question on forums and message boards…especially in summer!
Whilst I’m no fan of “extreme” diet approaches, especially diets that have stupidly restrictive rules there is a method I know of which can help you.
It’s called The Rapid Fat Loss Diet and it can help you lose 10-20 pounds in 2 weeks.
Clearly any diet that generates results like that isn’t going to be a walk in the park…but the results speak for themselves.
I’ve personally used it to drop 18 pounds in 19 days and I’ll be doing it again next week and I’ll be documentung the entire process on video.
It really is the fastest and safest way I know to drop that amount of weight and I highly recommend it.
